	At Acorns, the price you see is what you pay. Everything is included, guests at Acorns have free use of sauna, hot tub, games barn, heated swimming pool ( in season). Showers, table tennis, pool table are also free. The only thing we charge for on top of these prices is use of washing machine and tumble dryer which are coin operated. Guests are welcome to have naturist visitors but these will be charged at day visitor rates.

Arrival & departure times

Mobile homes and Bed & Breakfast accommodation

Earliest arrival time 4pm. You are welcome to arrive earlier and use the facilities but we can't guarantee your accommodation will be ready before 4pm. Arrival before midday will incur a half day visitor charge.
Latest arrival time 10pm.
All accommodation to be vacated by 10am, you are welcome to stay on site longer but after midday will incur a half day visitor charge.
Mobile homes shall be left clean and tidy, all dog hairs swept up
Please report any breakages or accidents as they happen so that we can arrange replacements for future guests.
Breakages are to be paid for in full.

Tents, caravans and camper vans

Arrival time after midday
Departure time 11.30am. You are welcome to stay on site longer but need to vacate your pitch by 11.30am and ask Kathy or Andy where you can leave your unit. A £5 per adult charge will be made for any stay after 11.30am.

Children

Children under the age of 16 are the responsibility of the accompanying parents or guardians and should not be left unsupervised in the mobile homes, hot tub, sauna or swimming pool.

Dogs

All dogs must be kept under control at all times and on a lead when live stock are present. In the mobile home they are to be kept off all furniture in all rooms and never left on their own in the mobile home. If your dog is not kept under control or causes a nuisance to other guests you may be asked to leave. You must poop scoop all your dogs' toilet waste around the farm and dispose of it in the bins provided.

Deposit

B&B £40 per person at time of booking, non refundable. The remainder payable 24 hours before departure.
Camping £15 per person at time of booking, non refundable. The remainder on arrival. During main season you will be asked to pay the full amount at the time of booking.
Mobile homes £100 at the time of booking, non refundable.The remainder paid at least 6 weeks prior to commencement. All bookings made within 6 weeks of commencement must be paid in full when booking.
Cheques made payable to "Acorns"
All major credit cards accepted.

Cancellations

Once your booking has been agreed, whether by telephone, letter or email, a legally binding contract has been made with no automatic right of cancellation. If you cancel a reservation, fail to take up the accommodation, or leave prematurely, regardless of the reason, no refunds will be given. We strongly advise you to take out your own holiday insurance.
